“It wasn’t until I accepted myself just as I was, that I was free to change.”
Carl Rogers
Approach
Transpersonal Psychology takes a holistic approach, acknowledging the full spectrum of the human experience, from everyday consciousness to non-dual states. It studies a person in relation to themself, others, nature and the cosmos. This methodology strives to integrate the wisdom and practices of all psychological schools and major spiritual traditions.
My personal approach to therapy is heart-centered, encouraging the people I work with to fully and compassionately turn towards themselves and the world – the shadow as much as the light. Living from the heart means embracing vulnerability and courageously being your most authentic self.
“Nature is the most indigenous teacher.”
Psychedelic medicines have experienced a significant resurgence in personal, clinical, and research settings worldwide. With increased funding, clinical trials, and evolving legalization efforts, these substances are becoming more accessible and socially accepted in Western culture. In the United States, multiple cities and states have adopted decriminalization or approved supervised therapeutic use. A rapidly growing body of research shows that certain psychedelic substances may offer promising treatment options for conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, and eating disorders.
This renewed interest also highlights the need for safe, ethical, and trauma-informed support. Psychedelics are powerful catalysts for change, and while they can expand awareness and accelerate healing, they can also activate unresolved trauma if not approached with proper preparation, guidance, and integration.
As a psychedelic specialist, I offer support in preparing for and integrating experiences with substances such as ketamine, psilocybin (mushrooms), MDMA, LSD, Ayahuasca and Ibogaine. My approach emphasizes psychological readiness, nervous-system stability, and integrating insights into daily life so that transformation becomes sustainable. The goal is not just to have a profound experience, but to create lasting change.
Areas of support include:
• Mindset and environment (set and setting)
• Exploration of goals, fears, beliefs, and intentions
• Reconnection with self through body awareness and breathwork
• Navigating challenging or overwhelming experiences
• Diet and preparation considerations
• Microdosing guidance and protocols
• Curating music for non-ordinary states of consciousness
• Integration: deepen and root the experience in order to apply insights to everyday life
• Meaning-making and interpretation of symbolic or visionary content
• Ongoing therapeutic support throughout the process
My role is not to encourage or facilitate illegal substance use. I provide education, harm reduction, emotional regulation tools, and integration so that your process, whether is safe, meaningful and sustainable.
